Paid Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your SpectroNova account
2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm your cancellation

When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

• Immediate cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• Access continues: You can use all features until your paid period ends
• No prorated refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Auto-renewal stops: Your card will not be charged again

Data Retention After Cancellation

30-Day Grace Period

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days:

• Full data access: You can export your data during this period
• Easy reactivation: Resubscribe and pick up where you left off
• No data loss: All contracts, customers, and vehicles remain intact

After 30 Days

If you don't reactivate within 30 days:

• All data is permanently deleted
• This includes contracts, customer records, vehicles, and billing history
• Deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone
• You can create a new account, but previous data will not be available

Special Circumstances

Early Access Participants

If you joined during our early access program:

• Your special pricing is locked in for life (if you remain subscribed)
• If you cancel and resubscribe later, standard pricing applies
• Early access benefits do not transfer to new accounts

Annual Subscriptions

For annual plan subscribers:

• 7-day money-back guarantee applies from initial purchase date
• After 7 days, no refunds for remaining months
• Subscription remains active until end of annual term
• Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time

If you're eligible for a refund (within 7 days of first payment):

2. Include your account email and reason for refund
3. We'll process your request within 1 business day
4. Refund appears in 5-7 business days
