We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. No questions asked.
Eligible for Refund:

- Within 7 calendar days of payment
- Monthly and annual plans
Refund Process:
- Request processed within 1 business day
- Refund to original payment method
- Appears in 5-7 business days
Early Access Program
Early Access participants enjoy 1 month completely free with no credit card required. Since no payment is made during the trial period:
- No refund is necessary - you're not charged anything
- Cancel anytime during the 3-month period
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge after the trial
What's Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
After the 7-Day Period
- Partial month subscriptions
- Unused time in your billing cycle
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Downgrade from a higher tier plan
Annual Subscriptions
- Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the initial annual purchase
- No partial refunds for remaining months if cancelled mid-year
- Renewal charges are not refundable after the 7-day window
Add-Ons and Extras
- Additional user seats purchased mid-cycle
- One-time setup or implementation fees
- Custom development or integration work
- Training sessions already delivered
Account Violations
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or abusive usage
- Chargebacks or payment disputes already initiated
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances:
Service Outages
If SpectroNova experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours or 5% of a billing month), you may be eligible for service credits or pro-rata refunds.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
Duplicate Charges
Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full upon verification.

Currency and Fees
- All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment
- SpectroNova does not charge any refund processing fees
- Your bank may have separate policies regarding international refunds
- Exchange rate differences are not compensated for international transactions
Your Account After a Refund
When a refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- Your data will be retained for 30 days
- You can export your data during this period
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
- You can sign up again at any time with a new subscription
A Note About Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks:
- Take longer to process (30-90 days)
- Result in immediate account suspension
- May result in fees for fraudulent disputes
